Fanfare GI was asked to create rigging solutions after the renovation of Durham College’s recently completed health & sciences building. DC desired to brighten up their upper facade with a mural which highlighted the schools name and slogan. The wrap spanned 6000 sq ft with hazards around the perimeter of the building, which did not allow for the use of boom lifts. A swing stage could have been utilized, but this was a rather unnecessary and cumbersome means of access. Our team consulted with Getwrapped 3M Trim Line (digital graphics) to provide non-destructive rigging solutions which allowed our technicians to rappel from the roof and install 12ft panels in succession.
